How bout a Q tip

Hydrogen peroxide ( the brown bottle—NOT the s*** that burns) put on a qtip and clean ur ears with it, ur gonna feel/hear it bubble up as it kills cells & bacteria.

Advil/ ibuprofen for pain

Best if u figure out how to get some antibiotics for the low from somewhere or someone
