This man started a $180 billion dollar company…. In his garage….
Bruh he's white and his parents gave him fat ass loans because they were rich
This isn't a pull yourself up with your bootstraps type story
Hell naw that s*** seem draining as hell
#SakChasers
I’m a manager… s***s depressing a d draining af
That’s what I fear, it’s only 20hrs a week but i done heard some things
I worked there as a packer for a few months last summer and I tolerated it, went back this time as a picker and I stayed for about 2 weeks, my mental health had obviously declined a lot since I last worked there, because this time I wasn't able to work without driving myself insane, had me feeling really awful. I'm glad I quit and found a job that pays less because that was hell.
i seen a few tik toks. some of the positions are mad easy from what i’ve seen. it’s tempting
This better be copy pasta lmao
It’s wild some of y’all can’t accept the fact there’s people who **actually** work at amazon and don’t have horror stories to report. Shocking

Didnt they give him like $200k which he then gave them equity for lmao
Starting a business is f***ing hard unless you have billions of dollars of funding at your disposal
Applying @ UPS too, they pay more. I like the flexible schedules, but is the work acc that back breaking?
I was there during the fall to stick around to Christmas but I only lasted a month. S*** was exhausting tbh. We’ll have to fill a trailer right and then when you’re done it’s on to the next and if you slowed down the speed or get backed up they’ll have b**** fits and get on you for being tired like that’s not normal or some. Then you only get a 10 minute break(really 5 if you stepping outside because of the walk). If you can move and lift heavy packages fast asl for 4 hours straight, you’d be Gucci.

my first job was at lowes and everybody was like "omg dont work there thats the worst job ever you are going to kill yourself" while in reality my position (sales associate) only talked to customers and downstocked f***ing boxes of s*** that wasnt on the shelf lmao
easiest job i ever had
reason why i quit was that they changed our schedules without letting us know all the time but im sure that was my particular stores fault and not the company

Everything has to be so absolute anymore lol
Two things can be true at once: some people can like it and some people can hate it.
I did six months for UPS and I used to think that was the worst job I ever had...and then I worked one month for Amazon

i never worked for amazon but from my experience working at a bunch of f***ing corporate companies was that the bigger the company is the less likely you are going to get f***ed over and drained out of energy
and all the negative comments about jobs at these companies mostly came from lazy ass people that were expecting money to get handed out to them for free

People don’t expect slavery b. You slow down for a second and they on ya ass and you barely get a break.

Comparing $15/hour at will employment with health insurance to slavery is really absurd

Man them niggas work you like a slave b. Y’all clearly haven’t worked at these spots.
slavery is in f***ing china where they pay you a dollar a day for working 12 hours a day with a 20 minute break

B you just said you never worked there before so your opinion on this line of work is irrelevant.
Damn b we’re lazy for not wanting to move nonstop, lifting heavy packages for 4+ hours with little to no breaks at all. Gotta love bootlickers. And it’s always the mfs that never stepped a foot in them warehouses that have the most to say. If these companies can’t keep people and are always hiring, maybe they’re the issue and not the people.
