    I didn’t think it would help either but it actually does. Medication also makes a big difference.

    I used to suffer a lot from it.

    Its cliche but the usual stuff is what has helped. Mindfulness meditating journaling working out etc etc.

    yeah i was diagnosed by a psychiatrist but I suspected it was OCD for a while. go see if you can get some treatment for it whether it be therapy or meds or both
