I've had knee pain since i was 19/20. Was at the point i couldnt walk for a a month which was WOAT but the doc could never find the cause even with mri and xray scans and always just said 'young people can't be in pain " and dismissed my ass to physio which didnt do much, but helped me learned to deal with it with pain relief.

Tore mine my senior year and like 8 months later tore it again. Doctor told me if I wasn’t in pain (which I wasn't) to go on living without the surgery. 8 weeks ago I tore my meniscus and now waiting for surgery part 2

my cousin has been suffering from juvenile arthritis in his hands, arms, legs and feet since he was 15 .

tho i do not personally suffer from any type of chronic pain , i empathize with those who feel constant discomfort and the stress of dealing with that pain .

i hope you can find a doctor who better suits you , and take the necessary medication (pharmaceutical or natural remedies) to relieve your pain . also , walk walk walk . even if it starts at 10 min every other day . don’t give up fighting the good fight , someday i hope you feel better . 💗

Op do you see a sports med doc or is it just your pcp who you’ve seen for this? I would recommend seeing a sports med doc if you haven’t already

I have intermittent sciatic pain that is pretty much crippling when it flairs up. I’ve literally had to just fall forward on my face while walking up the stairs rather than fall backwards down when something got tweaked.

I go to the hospital, and they treat me like a junky looking for pills, because I’m “too young” for that.

They pretty much told me that they aren’t going to do anything for me unless I go through physical therapy, which would take me out of work a few days.

My low back has been f***ed up for the last decade, which causes sciatia down my leg and causes me to hyperextend my knees. It’s not too bad unless I run long distance or jump a lot but when it hurts, it really hurts
