Twice a day, 5% liquid but got really dry skin so switched to foam after a few months. Never took any collagen or anything, I would dermaroll once a week though.

Got pretty lazy after 6 months and would put it on once a day or every other day, still kept growing and I'm happy with the results

If you gunna use it on ur face make sure you moisturize or you will get permanent wrinkles on your face
