more black people dress like that in socal because blacks and hispanics live together more than white people live with either
you sound dumb asl
Why are you around them If it bothers you that much
ummmm.......cause he proly cant erase from the planet?!!
I can def see what you mean, but to be fair. Hip hop has really penetrated into pop culture and succeeded other genres as the dominant music genre listened to young people.
It's not really anyone's fault, some people can relate to the music some don't, just the way life rolls.
As long as they don't fake anything im chill about it.
this argument is pretty good if we assume that everyone listens to music because they identify with the words communicated and the stories told, however that's not the case. many people do listen to music in that way, but some, and probably many, just listen for the sounds, and words come second or third or whatev in their priorities
also, not all hip hop is about that kinda storytelling
so we gotta inquire to the particular ppl in question why they like the music and go from there

I couldnt choose class-clowns, dumb thots and people that I see across my house everyday
what you talkin bout is a social circle and even with that you have to compromise

you are weird OP for this thread
op explained it pretty clearly lmao

Tell me how black ppl made the polka
Nah that’s y’all culture you can have it
Good point
u too with ur op i think i see what you're getting at with being wary of how nonblack ppl can basically use the stories/tropes that some hip hop music tells to inform them to act in certain ways. i've met many ppl who think they know black culture and issues because they read twitter and listen to hip hop but then stick to their mostly-white social bubbles, hardly engaging with black people or asking what they think's up
