I used to enjoy it a lot more when I was younger. I still do to an extent but I don't really have the patience for it anymore

i just got back into it and realized how relaxing it is

the patience part is what gets to me

That's usually what ends up happening with me. As soon as my line gets tangled or breaks I just put the pole down and take a walk or go back to the car lmao.

got a meter long branch out of a hedge lol. Hell of a lot of work to get it off. We had just lost BOTH of our rods due to my friends. Ot paying attention while fishing but we still had line and hook. Attached that to the branch and voila

I’m from CT so the east coast. I mainly fish in the farmington river s*** is packed with trout, catfish, bass, & i caught a sturgeon there the other week so there’s some monsters in there
