For example 7am-8am get ready for work time
530pm-7 chores, dinner, etc
10pm in bed

yea often. majorly struggle balancing the 5 pillars I consider fundamental to my life:
they always get in the way of each other. 168 hours in the week. 50 of them to work. 50 of them sleeping. 68 hours a week approximately to do what one wants to do. very challenging to balance to achieve max satisfaction.

once it becomes habit then you dont even have to think about it and thats when you can open your mind to other ideas because of all the time you saved thinking about it

when a 15 minute trip ends up taking 30 I get pissed
not even blowing up on people but I just hate the feeling of energy and time wasted
I have ADHD and I’ve always been a person who struggles to be productive and organized.
So when something like that happens due to no fault of my own it makes me really angry and anxious

when I don’t have a task/ time correlation I get less s*** done though
If I don’t force myself to go fast on something that I’m not trying to do, it’ll be hanging over my head for a long time

maybe plan the little steps to get the tasks done
