Yoga's the GOAT. I've been doing it way less this year due to the lockdown but I incorporate the moves into my stretches and workouts all the time.

That’s what I’ve been looking more into I feel like I don’t stretch enough for my workouts and I’m stiff af smh

Yeah dude stretching is really where it's at, I can't really workout or exercise if I don't stretch first.
used to go to classes but have to do them via zoom now :/
Sounds fun

its alright yeah. seperated from my mum atm and she goes to the same one so i get to see her during it
I use yoga as a stress reliever on my busy days. Nike training app + a spotify yoga playlist is my go-to.

I wish the app had a yoga plan but I turn the bodyweight plan into a free schedule for yoga
I’m tryna get into it. I wanna educate myself on the history first.
As far as tips, do a breathing exercise before and after
I basically stretch everyday before bed. I used to go to a proper class every week but then covid. But I know enough to do what my body needs on my own.
I used to do a lot of power yoga and hot yoga pre-quarantine, but I don't really do much without going to a studio. A video online isn't the same as going to an instructor for me
I f***ing love yoga. Muscle endurance meets flexibility, where flexibility is what we tend to lose most drastically and most quickly as we age. Range of motion, that sort of thing. By its design, it's a very meditative and relaxing process, despite being very physically challenging. By the end I always feel rejuvenated. I will have sweat more than any five miles I've run, or however many pushups and pullups I do. All it requires is comfortable clothing and a yoga mat.
