Anyone able to identify this old snippet (unreleased song, snippet included)

    So I haven't been able to identify what this snippet was called or from what era. It was definitely on YouTube before but got taken down like many other snippets so it should have a snip nickname.

    According to @sab it sounds like a Goose beat, but we ain't sure.
    Foster The Ape and Jose Guapo can be seen previewing the song so it's def a older song.
