You should always wanna invest in your music by getting someone who can do your cover art. Shows that you actually care about it. On top of that, if the artist has a following of their own, it does help get more people to check out your music because it is associated with the artist.

Artists who do anime/cartoon p*** will probably draw you a cover for the cheap since they live on the fringes of society and are desperate to be recognised as legitimate creatives and not degenerate smut peddlers. Not like they can put p*** pics in their portfolio when they apply for a job. The more f***ed up their regular commissions are, the better chance you have of scoring a deal with them.
