    i go weekly but if i would do monthly

    bread (freeze them),milk,60 egg,rice,ramen,frozen vegetable,frozen shrimp,cereal,sausage,slice cheese,frozen pork/beef/chicken

    Beans, lentils, shredded cheeses

    You can put tortillas in the fridge for them to last longer

    what do you get

    Me & my girl buy all of our regular groceries like 3-4 weeks at a time. If we have a taste for a specific meal during that few weeks to a month one of us just picks up the ingredients for that meal that day but most our stuff lasts about a month. Just regular s*** tbh.

  • Walnuts, canned salmon, frozen berry mix, frozen breakfast sausage, frozen cooked shrimp, chia seeds, granola, dark chocolate, 60 pack of eggs

    Most of this is from costco

    plus fresh produce is really so key and I will justify spoiling myself in this department because I love myself that much
