A few months ago, I was at work and it was quite a stressful day. I bent down to pick something up and as soon as I got up, my whole world started spinning, everything felt very unsettling and nauseating.
I went to the doctor and they told me I'm dealing with BPPV (benign paroxymal positional vertigo) which is when your inner ear crystals get dislodged and throw your whole balance off.
I ended up booking an appointment with a physiotherapist to show me the maneuver, but I've been very hesitant to try it on my own... but I think I'm gonna try and push myself to do these maneuvers to try and fix this issue.
Who else has dealt with this s*** lol
Did the epley maneuver help you??? This s*** has been such a never ending stressful time, and the worst part is that you cant just have a drink to take the edge off - cause that just triggers the vertigo
niggas falling victim to Harry Potter spells out here lol
I have this vertigo but when I look up or when I lie on my back. The whole world starts spinning sideways and it's awful
Bro I was Misdiagnosed with BPPV. I actually had PPPD with is more neurological. Had it for almost 2 years. When I first got it, it was hell but Iโm better now.
For you. Epley is the way to go man.
