It does really seem like Gabor is spitting mad facts in this book imma be honest. And I only just finished part 1
so you dont wanna know what chemo is like at all and dont wanna do any research on it got it
people on normal chemo wont really relate or understand i think though, its two vastly different things

Reducing stress is definitely a good idea
But I tend to think it’s more likely our modern diet and other modern conditions/technology that causes so much cancer. Avoiding all processed food would be my first line of defense but I can’t really afford to eat good lol

biggest side effect is baldness and weakness for the first few months, but on a healthy young body i think it's worth it to never get cancer
