Dude, are you that sensitive ? Every line of work does this, everyone likes to vent about clients/patients with their colleagues and it's healthy and normal to do that. You see people die and have terrible diseases on a daily basis in this line of work, if you don't make a bit of fun out of the situation and take it all seriously with a b****face all day you're gonna have a really bad time.
