the decade? what a ridiculous and baseless claim
You know a decade is 10 years right

It's been inactive cause of work and school, but I might try to round up a new game night when the new halo season drops
Gotta redownload the app but will definitely join up tonight. Down to find some people to play with again. S*** gets boring playing with randoms.

Thanks for the reply. Trends come and go. TikTok is merely a new version of Vine, and the current people running the show are gonna be pushing 30 by the end of the decade. Snap is easily replaceable. IG serves little of its original purpose and could sink as it's tied to Facebook, which is f***ed for a bunch of reasons. Twitter was dying before Trump revived it, to be completely honest, and it's such a radioactive s***hole now I'd expect it to be the first one to go. Expecting a social media app to be around ten years in the future is a pretty good way to lose a bet. I'm sure you'd have been just as shocked about Tumblr and Myspace
Me and my entire friend group were clowning tik tok start of 2020. I downloaded it as a joke and cant stop using it now
Op for real though download tiktok. The algorithim peers into your soul for best content

I can see TikTok fading away as a trend but Facebook's become so ingrained into the internet experience for hundreds of millions that I can't see it fading away any time soon. I'm not just talking about it as a social media platform neither

There are more users who are dead on Facebook than alive ones. I get what you're saying about the experience but it's swimming in lawsuits and controversy and I'd bet that Zuckerberg is going down in a few years
Tik Tok’s recommendation AI is more sophisticated than every other social network before it.
The day @team enables Tik Tok embeds on this site will be the day that misinformed KTT2 users will bridge the connection with modern social media and stop blaming it on age difference
You know a decade is 10 years right
ill eat my shorts if all the current social media is dead by 2031
fr tho ops got a point
idk if im getting older or something but it feels like im watching internet culture just get recycled constantly, esp whenever i go on tiktok
Yeah I totally agree with op about finding new cool sites every day now I struggle to find a new interesting website and so many sites just recycle other outlets articles and headlines.
I think possibly when VR gets bigger and better that'll be like the new internet with interesting cool discoveries
I agree OP, the internet feels so centralized now, all the content is on a handful of popular sites
Me and my entire friend group were clowning tik tok start of 2020. I downloaded it as a joke and cant stop using it now
fr tho i've heard the algorithm is actually just insane. i only use it to follow thots tho which is probably equally as bad
Just get on Tik Tok
No kizzy
Once you let go of the prejudice you have against it
S***'s actually lit frfr

everything perfectly curated nonstop content
Dude that s*** is like babysitting. I'm not tryna watch teens dance
this is as dumb as saying everything on twitter is politics, and as dumb as saying everything on instagram is food pics
Used to find cool new sites everyday growing up and there was always some new hit site or app to be on like every month.
S*** even all the game sites were popping back in the day.
Now I’m only going to like 3-4 websites a day regularly and it’s getting extremely monotonous and stale. Ktt is about as stimulating as my internet experience gets these days. All I ever browse is news, tmz, and ktt. Rarely even use real social media these days outside of checking my fb for no reason like once every few days. Haven’t even made a social post in like 2 years.
Anybody else s*** getting stale? This a product of getting old? Or the internet glory days are behind us?
What’s some poppin sites to get the energy back?
I can see what you mean. The web in the early 2000s was like the wild wild west. Forums were more poppin, more website tailored to specific interests, etc
I just be on random reddit sections, random YouTube Channels, and random forums and s***.
It's satisfying tho
