Using a Q-tip inside your ear can cause problems. Instead of cleaning earwax from your ear canal, using a Q-tip can push the wax further into your ear canal.

Yeah, it’s tough to clean but I do it regularly after I shower ever since I had an ear infection in my right ear last year

This is what happened to me and it gave me a full blown infection and hurt like s*** for a month, I only clean with water now. I use q-tips to clean the skin of my ear though lol

Got my ears flushed out today. Two huge chunks of earwax blown out of my ears. Would've taken a picture to share with my KTT2 fam, but I didn't want to creep out the doctor by asking for a picture.

If the guy who fed his friends a piece of his amputated leg can get his leg back, you can ask for a pic of the earwax.
