    Bro what does this mean

No offense my nigga but what else is there to get literally the title the picture Keem posted explicit implies that he was involved in the damn process in some facet. I can understand you being mad at niggas saying Keem wrote the entire album but at the same time you gotta be nitpicking if you don’t see they trolling unless you some hyper stan loving vicariously through these rappers there’s nothing even offensive about the comment you chose to snap over

Some of yall too DAMN delusional about the music business

Most big artists have a young/new artist help them with a new style similar to how PND helps Drake or Chance did with Ye

  • cold mountain

I can understand Bro being slightly irritated about trolls saying Keem wrote the entire DAMN record but just the small implication that Keem was around during the process of the album and they possibly influenced each other is taken an insult like wtf niggas on?

I could see Baby Keem being around the creation of it during and helping Kendrick creatively here and there. But that’s not what’s obnoxious about it.

It’s obnoxious when Drake stans use that argument to discredit Kendrick like he wasn’t the mastermind behind the album.

    OP deserves some apologies

Kendrick: hey my cousin Baby Keem what is my next lyric

Baby Keem: hold up I'm still writing it. Try "I got I got I got I got"

It’s definitely annoying on both sides because I see Kendrick stans subconsciously slighting baby Keem as an artist like he isn’t capable of influencing Kendrick because they don’t make the same type of music but drake stans are also weird trying to spin this as a gotcha moment when we have direct evidence of drakes reference tracks

niggas are using that dumb ass picture to say keem had any part in the creative sound of the record whatsoever

nigga they coulda been watching videos, mixing, whatever

Not only that Its a select group of users that are still insecure a certain artist got exposed for using writers and so try to demean other artists as much as possible

I mean of course with Kendrick track record you gonna see a lot users blow ing any imagined slight towards his artistry out of proportion Kendrick been working on damn since late 2015-2016 of course baby Keem didn’t write that entire album people are trolling because it’s ridiculous to assume that but I do think near damn completion baby Keem was def around because he did say he used to play music for Kendrick and he told him not to release it yet so if anything Kendrick was probably helping Keem develop as an artist and there was a slight possibility Kendrick picked up some of keems potential and brought him around TDE and just were testing things out like the range brothers sessions lol

Keem didn’t start sounding like the guy we know now until 2018 if you listen back to his old eps when he was hykeem carter he sounds like a completely different artist almost Travis Scott inspired lol he got respect as a producer first it wasn’t until bad habits with cardo is when he carved a signature vocal style with inflections similar to Kendrick

Some s*** on TSOBH like "with the extras" or the hol up adlibs are stuff Kendrick was saying back in 2013

I didn’t catch that I thought that was just west coast lingo lol because I hear a lot of modern hyphy rappers say s*** like that and Vince but that would make sense if he got it from Kendrick
