I'm moving away from Streetwear, I don't know why.. I've just fallen out of love with it.
I don't what streetwear even really is.. I'm just moving to casual luxury..
I'm not jumping straight to button downs and desert boots though.
Best way to describe it is 'mobster', tailored track pants, cashmere sweaters, slim fitting polos, designer jeans, loafers, high end sneakers..
Loro Piana, Berluti, Brioni..
It's comfy and I feel like a king, I don't know I just find I'm a lot more confident in what I'm wearing, and it doesn't feel like a costume..
Anyone else here find they're getting out of typical streetwear?
Haha what are the chances.
Yeah I don't know.. I've never felt 100% involved in the community anyway, so this still scratches that fashion itch but it's more me than Streetwear

‘Mobster’
Like Tony Soprano but today rather than the 90s.
I don't care it's a cool idea, it's high end but not snobby, it's not trying to hide your money but also not going full Supreme LV..
The idea of a guy who'd wear a 100k Patek but still smack the s*** out of you.
breaking news: KTT’s SeanLaurentParis finds his style
Shock Twist - It's not Saint Laurent.
Who would of thought, a short balding guy like him.

The way you described this sounds mad corny imma need to see some fits
“Why do people think I’m a d*** dealer”
“I dress like Tony Soprano/mobster”
Nah people thinking I'm a d*** dealer lead to dressing like one.
I started looking into it (mobsters, gangs that type of s***) and I kept seeing 'The Sopranos' pop up, and I saw the post over on malefashionadvice and that was it.
My go to is just going to be tailored sweatpants, windbreakers, harringtons, polo shirts, cashmere sweaters, designer sneakers & loafers, shearling jackets..
Not flashy but not understated for the sake of it either.
So if I want to wear a Moncler jacket I'll wear it, even if it give's off the 'rich boy' look, and at the same time I'm not trying to be posh.
I'm just dressing how I feel comfortable.. and that's well fitting, high end clothes with a little bit of designer s*** thrown in

I just use KTT2 to post random s*** that pops into my head, stuff I want to get out there either to just see it and really think about it or because I actually want to have a conversation about it.
I don't know you, I don't care, I just come here to chat s*** with people who don't know me.
I feel a hell of a lot more confident.

I hope you’ve watched until the end of s6... 👀 🔫
Sounds like streetwear, the confining box that was once streetwear has since opened. And now I think it is much harder to define 'streetwear'. Personally I think that anything that isn't explicitly fine tailoring is streetwear, or at least some sub-category of contemporary-casual.
However, 'tailored sweatpants' and sneakers sounds more like streetwear than anything else.

An adult OP. You dressing like an adult. That ain't even a knock to streetwear, implying its childish. Your interests in attire are just adapting to where you're moving towards in life.
