always felt like this since a kid i never was really able to get into the simpsons like that besides the video games and i do like some of the characters but idk

I didnt care for ‘storyline’ b&b and i never watched it in full seasons, i think i watched the movie at some point

just like with any other future classic that had no expectations imposed on it at the time people mostly remember the best stuff and rest is just there but doesnt significantly drag the thing down

The the standalone episodes and mv commentary are incredible and its a show my friends used to watch a lot so its good memories all in all
