I dropped it in the toilet, well it slipped off the sink into the toilet while I was brushing my teeth

Sounds like you fried your battery. Put it in rice and try again later?

The battery itself or the whole device?

If you can remove the battery do it, if not just stick the whole phone in a bag filled with uncooked rice for a few hours

I didn't have rice so I'm using instant oats lmao, don't think it's gone make a difference either way but we'll see
