does anyone recommend any video editing software that allows me to add videos on top of videos as opposed to splicing videos together one after the other? im trying to create one video of multiple videos playing at once . if that make sense ? helllllllp 💗

i know for sure adobe premiere pro has the ability to do that.. probably iMovie too..
