I've tried a lot of things but some are way too complicated, some are way too simple
I always go between just writing To-Do lists on piece of paper and going all in on something like TickTick
But I can never stick to one app that satisfy my needs

If you prefer writing things down, create a bullet journal. u can even make one in a small moleskine pocket journals.
