I have worked in offices for a few years now and everyone in management, bosses etc is always 50+

They all have the same entitled boomer attitudes and expect you to suck their d*** (figuratively in my case) to keep the job

Think my direct bosses are gen x. They're great to work for too. Always have your back. Sing your praises when you do well and take the heat when you f*** up.

On my review they put" i only see my job as a task" . They then say I finish everything on time...
