does that really work ?
I keep my inhaler at all times!!!!!!
question. can I go for a run if I take a big whiff of my inhaler?
does that really work ?
I seriously doubt there are any studies on it but I had it when I was like 15 (was diagnosed way earlier) and started smoking after that. By the next time I had an appointment the dude told me my lungs could take in more air and I haven't had an attack since. I even ran track when I was like 18 (shittily tho)
Might be a really rare occurance but it definitly seems like it helped for me.

Uhh im not sure. Inhalers dilate your airways to make it easier to breathe, but it will go back to the way it was
I usually do it after a run

If you've never run in a while or have weak lungs just take it easy for the first few sessions. Keep it on you if you feel worried of having an attack/wheezing
It gets better with time!
