    Yeah, low mood. anxiety and panic attacks back to back.

    Start with intermittent fasting first. First few days will be rough but once your body adjusted it's amazing

    Been thinking about it and if you tried it what are your motivations?

    I water fast every day for 20+ hours. Struggled at the beginning but feels almost second nature now. Combined with low carb/sugar diet and some weight training it has been great. The mental clarity is definitely an improvement. Sleeping much better too.

    Dr. Jason Fung and Dr. Berg are good resources if you want to research further.

    those people who can fast for 72+ hours amaze me though, I couldn't do that.

    24-48 hours is easy though

    Most I’ve ever went was like 2 days and some change.

    I went 4 days just water

    By day 3 I had so much energy I had trouble sleeping, and wow on day 4 I ain’t even wanna eat cause my energy was so high

    But make sure you break your fast with some fresh juice/smoothie or fruit
