Been thinking about it and if you tried it what are your motivations?
I water fast every day for 20+ hours. Struggled at the beginning but feels almost second nature now. Combined with low carb/sugar diet and some weight training it has been great. The mental clarity is definitely an improvement. Sleeping much better too.
