My in-laws live in Clarksville so I’m familiar. It’s not a place for a young adult looking for fun, it’s a military town lol.

However it’s great place to buy a house and if you want some land.

It’s busy because a lot of people are moving there. Nashville is a bit pricey.

Yeah I do live on base. This isn't my first time living in a smaller military town. Whats different about this location is that the other places I lived at have been pretty lowkey and small, where here I got to drive 30 minutes to go to chik fil a, or the mall or Target in town.

I feel for ya OP. The Midwest looks like a wasteland at times

If you're into nature, there's a ton to do.

Nah but I vacation in Pigeon Forge all the time. Beautiful views, I highly recommend anyone to stay in a cabin up there in mountains

  • Eh one hour from Nashville don't sound too bad. I'm looking at it on Google and it's just a straight shot on 24. I'm assuming it's packed weekday mornings and late afternoons and probably weekends so that might suck

Not gonna lie though OP I do appreciate you putting me on to this place, I wouldn't mind visiting Nashville and that place looks like one of those cheaper areas to bnb at when I hit it up. Staying in Nashville sounds expensive af

Depends on how much you like nature, hiking, outdoors, etc when it comes to areas like that. I've always made the most of places I've lived.

Its odd, because its a southern town with no southern character, since most of the people here are from all over the country , due to it being a military town.
