i'm inclined to think that the artist is Joso himself, since he was a painter and a sculptor and had several of his pieces on the walls. painting also has a naked woman on it and that was one of Joso's most depicted themes... I am not sure though, and the picture's name is definitely unknown.

best I could do for you under the circumstances was clear and super enlarge the image. there is loss of quality of course because the original image from insta was low res and already compressed, but if wanna do an A4/A3 print, it might work.
