I'll casually listen to kpop artists sometimes. Babymetal (Japanese) and IC3PEAK (Russian) are the only ones I can think of that I'll go out of my way to listen to.
I'm sure most people are familiar with what Babymetal sounds like because of Uzi, but IC3PEAK is like experimental electronic music with singing and screaming, sometimes melodic sometimes chaotic.
-from new york so apparently must've been like this during reggaeton parties
I been to two reggaeton parties my entire life, we go to dancehall parties more than anything
I listen to other accents more than languages. I can listen to some African music with some local tribe language thrown in or dancehall where I might catch every other word but a straight up other language not really
anyone recognize the sample?
I'd do anything to make you smile b****
I listen to a lot of soviet rock, they had a unique style and i like the lyrics some bands used, russian is a very poetic sounding language imo and it suits the folk rock vibe
Here's Kino maybe the best soviet rock band
Also this is like traditional music from my country so it fits here i guess, it's sang in one of our many traditional languages called Kimbundo
French, Italian, Japanese, various African/Islands (idk most African languages by name) are the mains
Russian and the border EU countries in goth rock & synth pop/rock is dope too but I always find that stuff once in a way long while and randomly nor able to keep track of most of it
Then of course Spanish/Portuguese shoutout Central America, Brazil & Spain here n there
Theres one Chinese album I listen to too that is like a childrens choir from decades ago
