Nah it does look pretty unpolished but in my opinion a game like this done by the right studio with right budget could be pretty fun. You play as detectives and undercover cops in other games so I dont see an issue

I remember true crime new York even though it was hella buggy it was a dope recreation of New York and had some cool ideas. Had a bunch of interiors too if I remember correctly. I never beat it though

I tried to play new york on my pc but s*** didn't run well.
sd 2 was in works but for whatever reason it got scrapped, pity because the whole series has so much to offer
