I built one to sell for s***s n giggles n I wanted to see how much I can make off it.

It started off as a cheap gamer build/workstation, but it's honestly a solid powerhouse (had to add a GPU cuz ppl definitely arent trying to buy a "Workstation" off the street smh)

    4th Gen Ryzen 5
RX 6600 XT Asus OC version (500 dollar card I got for 350)
32GB RAM 3200mhz (mobo is very OC friendly, 2 RAM slots still open)
    500GB M.2
    1TB SSD
    750W PSU
    On board Wifi/BT
    Very upgrade friendly
And it's in a decently compact Micro ATX case

Hardware and graphics wise, it's better than a Ps5, XBX

It's very competitively priced, it's like the best deal I can find for a gaming PC at 1250, yet there's been like no hits.

One dude was offering to trade me a "brand new Xbox Series X"

Are people just dumb asl and only recognize the Nvidia card clout?

I have some nice PC design ideas that would make for affordable powerhouses, but how do you market that?

I'm guessing you put it up on Facebook marketplace and got that offer?

They will low bal you to def on there. When I was downgrading from a 3090 at the height of the GPU craze I was trying to sell it for MSRP and mf was offering like less than 50% of the price.

But anyway just add up how much each part costs and add a little extra for your building effort.

Crine. You gotta weed through the garbage in Facebook Marketplace until you find a reasonable offer or add to the description to not message you anything lower than whatever price you’ll go for. I don’t even sell anything on eBay anymore cause Biden taxing so that’s a no go.

  • stockx

  • I was looking into it after beuilding my first couple for myself, but unless youre buying parts in bulk or getting some crazy sales or buying used mining gpus then it's honestly not worth it.

It's usually <100$ to have a brand new computer assembled by a computer store, so the work to get the parts, build it quick and ship wouldnt be worth it to me

Damn, i wish there was better avenues to sell s***.

I would never trust ebay cuz I heard if ur a new account ur liable to get scammed plus like u said they take a big cut.

Craigslist used to be jumpin I swear, i think the recession is really closer than we think
