Not true. Your early twenties are probably the best time to eat as you please. At like 25-30 is usually your physical peak, so there should be no problem getting in shape, eating right, and exercising around that time.

life tip: how you eat/exercise in you early 20s and late teens (think college years) is the biggest determinant of how your health will be in the future life.
you body slows down around 25-6ish so if you eat like crap(and yachty does lean now too to make it worse) good luck in the near future .
You can do some crazy s*** to your body up until you're 20 and be able to recover from it pretty well
A bit of a nutritious diet, cardio, stretching, gym, physical activity, meditation and reducing daily stress goes a long way
