Not sure if I have perhaps any hormonal problems? I do have mild case of gyno, love handles, and big glutes despite being fairly lean supposedly. Not very sure as it won’t be appropriate to self-diagnose, besides wanna give time with my new diet and gym habits to see if anything perhaps changes.

I don’t really moisturize, I wash my face whenever showering only thing I do when it comes to that. Always had a slight unibrow up until couple weeks ago but they still look kinda bushy.

True, thing is I can already grow a nice beard and have good amount of body hair, not sure if those are exactly indicators of proper hormone regulation.
I have no idea where to start shopping for good fits and still wearing sneakers lol, don’t use any colognes either (only take a shower and throw on deodorant). Another problem I have is my tendency to procrastinate and not be proactive.
Still working on speaking with good pace, along with trying to relax my body. Been noticing that after every gym session it’s easier for me to speak, doesn’t last into the following day however.
Just stick with Uniqlo or something and get some basics that fit well. That alone will put you above most dudes.

As someone who runs 6x a week I wouldn't recommend 5 times to a beginner because of injury not difficulty tbh
Most of their run is walking anyway. Run/walk 2-3x, hike 1x, stretch everyday

If he wins I think that’d be one of the greatest displays of heart I ever seen. If a nigga beats me 3 times and everyone in the community hates me, it would be hard for me to get out of bed in the morning, let alone do an entire camp to prepare for the same guy and possibly lose a 4th time, in even more brutal fashion
