No but I've tried emdr and came close to doing the actual process but then I said I did some d**** recently and they said we couldn't proceed

I actually don't know if it's similiar but I know that you can do emdr yourself with guides etc and maybe there's some self help hypnosis stuff too idk tho

My friend did and it went good from what he told me but hes back to his old self
