    It’s hard for me to say cause whenever I use it I DONT use my phone in the morning. The combo makes me feel better for sure tho

    Thank you, ruckus. How do you wake up in the morning? What's your room like?

    Well, the light in my room is fairly optimal. At night it gets quite dark and by the time the sun arises there is enough light to sufficiently allow me to wake up naturally, well, occasionally.

    I do sometimes have an issue with being a fairly heavy sleeper, so I tend to set three different alarm clocks. One being my phone, one being an alarm with a large speaker and the last being a vibrating watch that I wear (I think the deaf utilize these).

    Though, I don't normally set all three unless something requires me to awake out of my usual sleeping hours.

    U shouldnt be lingering in bed, it's either for sleep or for s***no dozing, reading, using the phone, etc. thats just poor sleep hygiene and contributing to your struggles.

    I think natural light when awaking is incredibly important, but I assume that you're unable to acquire an optimal amount, hence this thread and your inquiry.

    The Russians could invade and I'd probably sleep through it. It is a blessing and a curse.
