Do you want specifically og cards? Cause a lot of those are destroyed by now for being made so cheaply which is why half decent ones can be worth like 2k for a single card

You can get the 151 re-release they just put out with the same cards if you just want the cards though

I got several hundred dollars worth of some of the rarer cards from when I was a kid. Holos, OG ex cards, etc. Are these things only going to increase in value as the years progress

Hard to say. Value kind of peaked in 2021, went down, and has been sort of staying the same for a while. All of the value of your cards comes down to the condition they're in. So a 200 dollar card that has a lot of scratches/whitening on the edges/etc. could go for 5000 dollars if it is in pristine/never touched condition and gets graded a 10 by PSA.

but that also means i never got to realize the value of them until it was too late

i had so many valuable ones from i’ve seen

for example a shadowless 1st edition charizard goes for 1600 raw, 7800 as a PSA 8 and up to 300,000 dollars as a PSA 10. And keep in mind there isn't that much difference at all in quality between a PSA 8 and a PSA 10. It can come down to a single scratch on the card.

For some reason these are the only ones my parents saved lol

I dont have the ocg holo japanese venasaur on hand atm, if thats any interest

But it has fine scratches

Still have no idea why this is all they saved if any

They also threw out all my yugioh s*** which i had the day 1 starter decks of yugi, kaiba and pegasus and bunch of other s*** up to gx era 😭😭🤧
