Even if you think its not racially motivated, the guy is completely incompetent at his job and killed a man out of both negligence and incompetence. Any cop who's dumb enough to put a knee on a guys neck for that long straight up doesn't deserve to be a cop. It's an abuse of power and shows he has no idea how to restrain a human being.

And 1 juror will buy it and the whole city will be outraged but after a few days of rioting it will all be forgotten

we’ll see. the defense was saying how he was in a similar situation in 2019 with d**** and had to be “restrained” and the judge was pushing back on it saying he doesn’t see how it pertains to the this case, and he’s not convinced it should be an admissible argument

so it may not even make it into the trial

Also the fact that knee on the neck hold was allowed by Minneapolis police at the time.
