You could get started at a help desk with 0 carts and mainly do communication bullshit. That’s how I started and slowly made my way up where I’m doing actual IT s***

I work in cybersec. Its ok, my job is good, but i hate my coworkers. wont go into further detail due to nda
I’ve done cybersecurity one time for a bit. It gets boring because all you do most of the time is stare at logs. When you actually do get to make policy, you push it out, piss everyone off, and revert back.
I’ve done a bit of everything here and there.

Just wondering if they are hiring entry level positions need like 10 years of experience
I work in cybersecurity. My job is pretty great, but I really lucked out on this position. Don't really do too much work and I don't find my work too difficult either. Worst part is I'm technically on call, but we've got a SOC that deals with most alerts and the ones that do come through are pretty simple fixes.
Though, it can be incredibly stressful depending on which position you're in within cybersecurity.
