property manager being a hoe about me transferring to a unit. when if list asked to transfer, the new unit was listed as 1342 but property manager now wants me to pay 1369. just feels petty to squabble over 20 bucks man. on top of that they want me to do a whole new screening process.

lease is up in December and i technically have to give a 60 day notice if I am going to be leaving or not.

You have to give a notice or else it will be a perm bad look on your record that other renters and sellers will see and it can cause other issues with getting other apartments or even homes. Dont just dip out.

Also it is what it is what the seller says is what the price is. If it really is "just a petty 20" then just pay it.

But yeah, im not saying any of this is right btw, but just saying whats for the better interest.

If youre not in debt, getting f***ed around or homeless then just do what youre suppose to do.

yeah that makes sense its just annoying because they're legit trying to squeeze as many dollars as they can out of me.

like yooo...theyre saying i have to do a re-screening process because the rent increase is more than 10%....when they increased my rent by $200 last year they didn't do no "re-screening" process
