No if you played harder games like quake or overwatch there's nothing to master. Movement is limited when in combat and usually it's just slow AD strafes and occasional slides. It's very easy tracking is basically non existent

Every game has different leagues of play, that's just how it is. You say Apex is easy, I promise you if you jumped on Apex right now and tried to play against predators you would find it's not a cakewalk.

I never found OW to be an overly difficult game to play, back when I played I floated in Diamond/Master. Literally the most difficult about OW is getting good team work. But if you've got a solid squad OW is very easy, and I played literally every hero in competitive play. Where a game like OW is more based around abilities and teamwork, Apex is based more around gunplay with abilities added as an extra layer of depth over most regular shooters.

Whether you view tracking and movement to be simplistic, that doesn't take away from the fact that there are always going to be different skill brackets. Like I said, it's good game making to have an easily playable game where anyone can jump in, but pros are going to take the game mechanics, and abilities, and make a separate level of play vs casual play.

Yes there's always going to be different skill brackets but that doesn't remove the fact that the level of aiming skills you need to have to get a high rank in apex is minimum. Also while ow is a skill based shooter it requires the most raw aim out of any game (at least pre tank meta). Quake requires the most movement. Trust me if you played quake you would realize how easy this game is

OW requires more raw aiming? The game with 2 lock on characters, Junkrat, Mei, Zarya with a gigantic beam, Pharrah that does AoE, ect ect. I really don't get that argument. Soldiers entire ult is literally auto locking opponents. I haven't played Quake so I can't speak for that. But coming from playing high league OW and coming to this game I definitely have had to up my gun play wayyyy more in Apex to be successful than I did back when I played OW religiously.

Overwatch is a character based game. Some do not require aiming or require very small amount like reinhardt, mercy, Lucio etc. I was referring to hitscans. Mcree, soldier, widow and others. Also pharah does require aiming it's just not hitscan. And Zarya requires raw tracking so I am not sure what you're trying to say by that. And ults are obviously not a common occurrence

I climbed to diamond both times solo, it's difficult but far from impossible. No climbing to Apex on the other hand is pretty impossible because every diamond league game has them and they always are in full parties, s*** is ridiculous.
