why is everyone playing this game lately? Is it cuz warzone is dead rn or is there something happening
WZ is full of cheaters
Is this game worth getting into now or is it too late? I’ve only played like 5 games at max
matchmaking is pretty bad for new players meaning youll probably get stomped by a top rank player with thousands of kills on a single legend. If you enjoy the learning curve youll be fine but it is not very noob friendly right now

Damn that’s kind of disappointment. I’m primarily back on fortnite Rn and would consider myself an above average player on there, how do you think that would translate?

If you're very good at aiming then thats about the only thing that would translate over. Being highly skilled in fortnite involves mastering building and editing, and being able to land as good of a shotgun shot as you can while using your builds to avoid getting hit back.
Apex is a very different game in that it requires lots of time to learn the movement mechanics, the abilities for each legend, the map layouts, and many intricacies like health management during and after fights. Third partying is one of the most common tactics to winning and it can be incredibly frustrating due to the speed at which teams can close in on you, as well as many legend abilities being almost made for third partying safely and efficiently.
Learning everything and getting good at Apex has a big learning curve but it is very rewarding when you get it down. Only thing is that it is worsened by the matchmaking that places bad players against top ranked 3-stacks almost every game, or gives you one good teammate to try to carry you, ruining their experience as well.

Anytime bro
Crypto, Revenant, and Seer are the dripmasters of this game
how do you kill people in this game? they seem to take forever to die. Do you just have a shoot out until you run out of shields?

Shootout until you get a down and then do a full squad push.
Also nades and abilities can help. If you have a wall hack on an enemy you can pick out a straggler with your team and then 3v2 the rest
Started playing this with the homies and I gotta say I was surprised at how much fun I had
