Obviously the furniture will take some sort of hit when taking it downstairs it’s really no other way. THEY are the ones who picked their place to live I’m not a sculptor or a builder, I’m just a mover.

There are moving companies that move furniture up/down three flights of stairs without scratching it. There’s equipment to move heavy furniture up/down stairs and yes people expect it be done without property being damaged. Yes, you’re unprofessional.
