Why do they break so easy? I can't seem to make them last longer than a month

You have to be doing something wrong if a charger of all things is consistently breaking within a month. Even the fat iPad charger I had lasted me years.

May have been exaggerating a little bit but I've had to buy 4 new chargers in the last six months. Wires get torn at the end of the charger or the little jack part gets loose, it's always something

Oh you mean the chord, I thought you meant the adapter. Yeah it’s been known chords by Apple ain’t s***, why do you keep buying them if they keep messing up? Even the cheap ones from the gas station are more reliable.

I’ll never forget when I bought an iMac and the charger it came with didn’t work out the box

I've been looking for better alternatives, I feel like Apple makes bank selling dud chargers.

Had the same problem til I bought a wireless charger

  • May 9, 2021

Either get a braided charger or a wireless charger

You’ll be good til it’s time to get a new phone

  • May 9, 2021

you need to pull the charger off your phone/whatever by grabbing it from the plastic tip

Nah but this how they end up every time.

You have to pull it out by the plastic nub instead of by the cord. Your cords will last 10x longer. Also any cord that does break should be covered by a one year warranty
