Man I had so many friendly and wholesome encounters with other raiders but the last 4-5 games I've been hit from every angle by heartless jerks who think they're playing Fortnite

i predict that the wholesome interactions going on rn are only for now. everyone is still adjusting to the game and learning the mechanics (killing arcs, looting areas, hotspots for raiders) so people naturally want to have allies.

give it like 3 weeks and i can see people becoming A LOT more ruthless lol

That's probably one factor, but man, I really hope this doesn't turn into another sweaty PvP shooter. The friendly wholesomeness is one of the best parts of the game. It's already stressful enough to be chased by 3 wasps and a Rocketeer while I'm limping and my backpack is full

Definitely more of a rogue lite overall. But imo there’s still some extraction DNA in there, just with a FromSoft spin

Maybe I’m getting lucky in solo’s but I’ve never met a nicer and more supportive game community this is beautiful

I’ve mostly played solos and haven’t used my mic. The communication wheel has been enough. Mic probably the best move tho

There's some awesome people in this game and found some real pieces of s*** that were camping outside of our spawn. Ive seen the best and worst of humanity.

I'm surprised spawn camping doesn't happen more often tbh, I assume they already just spawn you in the current least populated point to lower the risk. Maybe when the meta settles in it'll start being a thing.
