The expedition window will be December 17th until December 22nd.

My son has been doing amazing in school and earned a new game, I know enough and have enough s*** in this game that I feel comfortable teaching him

You don't need a squad of real life friends to play this game or other online multiplayer games in my opinion. Just hop in and join the random squads or solos and communicate with your mic or with the in-game gestures and you'll make friends (and enemies).

I was hoping that the rewards for doing the Expedition would be a lil' better but I ain't got much else to do right now and I know the Expedition would give me more incentive to play and grind again.

I play with randoms all the time, it’s 50/50 but still pretty fun regardless

Yea I’m not quite at that point but I’m sure by the next expedition I probably will be. I can kinda see the appeal but I just got my stuff

You’ll still meet a bunch of friendly players while playing solo though

Heard some folks talking about gathering their excess blueprints, leaving them with a friend, going on the expedition/resetting, and then getting back the BPs from the friend

Can you believe I got the one assault rifle (Idk the name) but it’s the really good one and I died in the parking garage on buried smh

idk man the game was like sluggish when i tried before maybe it was just xbox performance but now it feels so nice also now people aren’t just killing and try hard it’s a lot more fun

Heard about this but I think it completely defeats the purpose of doing the expedition. The point is to start over and grind again with a few perks added in. If your friend just hands you every blueprint or item you need so that you don’t have to grind for it then you shouldn’t do the expedition in the first place. Wait for the next one if you’re not ready to depart from your blueprints and other items.

Heard Ninja and Courage JD go back and forth on stream about it. Ninja was on your side, saying it was an exploit that defeats the point

Courage was of the opinion that it's just playing efficiently to manage things you've already discovered multiple times. If you've discovered something twice, you've already grinded for it

So wiping it all again could be seen as extending the grind artificially, when the goal is simply to expand the stash and have more total skill points. Not just to re-discover the joy of searching a million cabinets

I'm more scared of shredders than I am of other players

I was playing with some randoms and I got s***ted on by a shredder on stella, the randoms didn't even try to revive me or shoot the shredder, I could tell since they looked in my direction and thought about it but ultimately decided not to. I crawled away from the shredder and they didn't even come near my body to loot after I died, yes i did repot them for griefing.
