I just finished the series and I enjoyed it. My only critiques would be: I hate how they turn so many scenes into music videos and most of the songs are super bad as well. I also wasn't a big fan of the way they killed of certain characters. I still have no idea why Isha died. Why did she randomly commit a suicide attack when none of her friends were even in immediate danger? S\*\*\* was just random asf. Also why did Heimendinger randomly disentegrate when sending Ekko back lol? And lastly I felt like Jinx's death was so cliche (is she really dead tho?). I think this show is a bit overhyped due to how f\*\*\*ing phenomenal the animation is. Like this is literally one of the best animated shows I've ever seen visually. But I wonder if it would get as much praise if it had Invincible level animation? I kinda doubt it. The writing itself is mid to me especially in season 2\.

Pretty much how I felt. Visually I think it’s still a phenomenal body of work. But just wasn’t a fan of the music videos. Act 3 is the only time we get nice fluid fight scenes without a music video edit.

That only happened like one time with the imagine dragons thing. And then everything else was standard OST with visual storytelling

Every major fight scene in s2 up until act 3 was edited like a music video. Still visually impressive but if all my anime watching over the years has taught me they were doing it to save cost.

Every time a season 2 episode started I was like "damn, again??"
Loved it! I enjoyed season 1 more overall as a body of work but loved the way this played out and just how f***ing trippy it got in general
