Oh yeah? Lmfao, read a book.
i dont think buddy even understood what you meant
yes. its probably a bit more than that in terms of modernizing them, repairing current public housing etc, but overall the cost is small. the 20 billion figure also comes directly from the department of housing/urban development.
And how do we decide who gets the beautiful big city condo valued at 1.5 million and who gets to live in the 100k house in bumfuck Alabama?

Are you dumb?
If you're going to ask a question at least make it a good one
Landlords jobs require no labor or care? Some landlords build the spot they are renting, most take care of problems that arise (plumbing, AC, electric). Not only is taking the time to fix it (even if just calling someone to do so) technically labor, it also costs money. Finding someone to keep the grounds mowed is labor and also costs money. I get the concept behind disliking landlords but to say it requires no planning, care, or labor, is dumb as s***. Y’all acting like landlords are billionaires
Don’t bother my guy. Socialists are literally incapable of living in reality

How is it not a valid question? You want everyone to get a home based on just being a human being.
Well not every home is the same. So who gets the great homes and who gets the mid tier homes and who get the crappy ones?
Or is every home in the country gonna be cookie cutter shacks?

You have a home right? We aren't starting from 0. This isnt complicated. We're talking about housing the homeless
