Seems to be just adlibs with the CDQ version playing in the background when I watch on youtube. Only Kendrick and Earl actually seem to rap.
I imagine an Earl show has all the energy of a cemetery

Earl is way more LIT and WITH DA SAUCE than you will ever be
Cole raps too
If a tree falls and the lumberjack is too sleepy to hear it, did it fall at all?

Them ACCORDIONS too hip and mainstream for you?
sad as it is saying this about my GOAT, Wayne is terrible live, which, in hindsight, I maybe, should've expected
Honestly most artists are like that but I feel you
Only in hip hop and r&b it seems. Indie (rock) music actually provide a live experience. I remember seeing D'Angelo and he performed really amazingly. Even G-Eazy (an artist I don't like) performed well when I randomly saw him live. But most rappers just adlib and let the crowd sing. But I guess people love that with hip hop.
Only shows I've been to were Kendrick and Gambino but both were phenomenal.
probably because they have a live band accompanying them, too.
Most rappers use spotify to curate and play the instrumentals for their live performances (with the vocals still intact, of course).
It's even worse for feature-driven artists, like French Montana; he might as well just be a DJ.
