You're right, short men are "discriminated against", just as any other demographic of anything ever has been "discriminated against". It even happens in the animal kingdom. Short mens' discrimination is extremely minor compared to more impactful discrimination issues some demographics experience. Your thread implies short men see some type of severe punishment in society for being short.

Everyone's got a preference, everyone's got an opinion, and some people are even filled with hate. Everyone is going to experience discrimination in one way or another, to varying degrees. It's your choice to overcome in these situations. But claiming "discrimination" because certain women won't f*** you and some people are verbally obusive seems to be redundant.

Your specific "level" of discrimination is evidently considered just above baseline, with a whole set of issues and solutions that are different than people of a higher discrimination level. The reason the term "baseline" is used is because, like I mentioned above, everyone experiences discrimination in some shape or form. Short people being just above baseline is a good thing though, comparatively. That means short men discrimination issues can be solved using self-reliance and awareness, just like other demographics of the same discrimination level.
