Imagine, it fully fleshed with polished verses and everything, it would be more personal, like the Ye we know, talking about his life, freedom, love, family, his faith, and so on, it would be introspective and positive vibes.
It was kinda be beautiful clusterfuck like Tlop (or ye) that somehow still makes sense, i mean the album cover with the CD, all these colors and that purple tape SCREAM its gonna be diverse and all sort of things. Yandhi would 100% be the better album if Ye tried, but i think all these leaks made him loose interest to keep working on Yandhi, so he searched another direction without completely abandoning some Yandhi ideas, which turned out to be JIK, only about GOD, i like JIK, but i know Ye could have done better, JIK is lazy, at least the lyrics, its also one dimensional as its only about god (as a gospel album).

Yandhi could have been truely at least close to a modern mbdtf lvl

Even if Ye the leaks didnt do a thing with the direction, Yandhi could have been much better

i don't really think the latest addition was gonna be exceptionally good in any sense, Ye needs ample time like beforehand when he'd whisk away in his free time for 4 yrs and come back with a next level construct.

To answer your questions, I don't think the leaks affected this. TCD and MBDTF leaked way before they dropped and he still released the same version. The reason is his transition as a Christian in April. this is NOT a hiphop album, it's literally a gospel album with hip hop aspects so obviously songs like Alien, OG UTG, Bye bye baby, Cash to burn etc wouldn't make it

Kanye didn’t release the same version of TCD after it was leaked. Now he didn’t change the entire album but he did remove a few songs, rename and rework a few others, and rearranged the tracklist.
